Vladislav Pavlovic was a Russian hitman for the Kremlin who would be hired to keep Pavel Novikoff in Russian hands. He and his brother Stepan travel to Pula, Croatia to continue their pending mission, but special agent Scott Forrester kills Vladislav's brother in self-defense, Vlad manages to escape Croatia and since then he would seek revenge against Forrester for murdering his brother on FBI: International.
