Background information and Notes[]
- The main case of this episode appears to have been inspired by the case of Michael Pratt, a notorious and controversial New Zealand-American adult film producer and fugitive criminal who founded the popular and controversial porn site "GirlsDoPorn.com", which initially it looked like a normal porn site, but was actually a front for more serious criminal activities such as sex trafficking, fraud and coercion. And just like Lloyd Eckersley (the fatal victim of the episode), Michael Pratt also fled the US to avoid being convicted and imprisoned for his crimes.
