Summary[]
As the team investigates a deadly robbery that garnered a cache of automatic weapons for the killers, they discover one of the perps is a classmate of Jubal's son, who is reluctant to cooperate with the case.

Background information and Notes[]
- On May 24, 2022, 18-year-old Salvador Ramos opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, United States, killing 19 children and two teachers, and wounding 17 others. Earlier that day, he had shot and wounded his 66-year-old grandmother. Ramos was eventually shot and killed on school premises by responding law enforcement officers.
- CBS pulled the fourth-season finale of FBI that was to air that night, which involved a fictional school shooting as a plot point, and rescheduled this episode for October 4, 2022.
