Kathleen Marie Sammon Munroe (born April 9, 1982) is a Canadian actress who portrays Andrea Danover on Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med, Rina Trenholm on FBI and Detective Sergeant Frankie Bateman on Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent.

Munroe was born in Hamilton, Ontario, and currently resides in Los Angeles. She studied cinema at the University of Toronto. She won the 2010 ACTRA Award for Outstanding Female Performance. Munroe writes and plays music. She speaks fluent English and French. She is known for Patriot (2015), Strangers (2017) and Call Me Fitz (2010).
