Dan is a FBI SWAT leader who has appeared on FBI. In the Episode 8: This Land is Your Land he was Wounded In Action while the FBI SWAT team was ambushed by suspects who had been warned of their presence. It seems to have an friendship relation with the Special Agent Maggie Bell. She speaks to him with great confidence but briefly, as if she had met him before and later cared about Dan when he was shot and wounded.

Dan mostly reappears a few seasons ago, precisely on two episodes of Season 5.
